Liam Moloney is a seasoned finance executive with over 15 years of experience in the Bermuda insurance market, specialising in financial, underwriting, and operational management. With a strong focus on governance, Liam has successfully supported C-Suite leaders, Boards, and senior management by delivering accurate financial performance reports and managing key projects to drive profitable outcomes. His expertise includes international accounting (US GAAP/IFRS), Bermuda statutory reporting, reinsurance, and SEC filings.

Liam currently serves as CFO at Arch Reinsurance Ltd., where he leads a high-performing finance team and advances operational efficiencies through cutting-edge technologies. He is known for enhancing operational efficiencies, building robust financial systems, and fostering strong relationships across stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and clients. With a deep understanding of the global insurance market and a commitment to developing teams, Liam has become a trusted figure in driving strategic initiatives and delivering results in complex, fast-paced environments.

Liam holds advanced qualifications from the University of Limerick, and the University of Oxford, is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Underwriter, and brings a wealth of experience in both finance and leadership to his roles.

He has a son in Grade 4 at Saltus.
