Sacha Simmons

Sacha Simmons was born in Bermuda and attended Warwick Academy from Kindergarten through to university entrance. She attended McGill University gaining a Teaching Degree B.Ed. (P.E.) in 1965. Sacha taught at Warwick Academy and then Strawberry Hill Nursery School until 1980 when she changed her profession to accounting. Sacha is now fully retired.

Sacha was appointed to Saltus Board of Trustees in 1995 and serves on its Building Committee.

She is currently active as a member and Treasurer of the IOD Sailing Class. She is also Treasurer for a number of small companies.

Sacha is married to Eugene "Penny" Simmons (Saltus '53). They have three sons who all graduated from Saltus, and are now married with children of their own, two of whom attend Saltus.
